REAL COMMENT: Holy shit, I love your bird. A pigeon is featured in next week’s Silver Age page (moderate spoiler) and there’s no way I can draw it to look anywhere near as good as that bird right there.
Also, thanks for plugging me (and then immediately deflating my accomplishment with a tease that may make what I have done obsolete)!
INTERNET COMMENT [3]: IT’S A BIRDGUNBEWBS IN THE WILD!

This was sort of a stream of consciousness fast-digital-painty thing… so the trick with the bird I think was to just go fast. You know how a lot of the time your initial sketch will look better than your final draft? Cus you weren’t thinking about it too hard, just going on instinct? Yeah. Sometimes the best stuff happens in the first 20 seconds of drawing, and the stuff you look at and hate is the stuff you spent 4 hours on.

You said in previous podcast (tdar60) you got a degree an illustrations and would not make over 50K in a year, and you didn’t make artwork that you fapped to, or wouldn’t comment futher on
I’ve always liked the concept of stream of consciousness, but outside of writing, it never works well for me. Whenever I try it with drawing, it ends up looking like Sloth from The Goonies…

My name is Tyler Wilde. I'm a social media expert. HAHAHA, just kidding. I make internets for GamesRadar, paint pictures, and play the
harmonica poorly. If you'd like to let me know that I've won the lottery, you
can contact me at tjwilde [at] gmail [dot] com. And follow me on twitter, if you're into that sort of thing.
